So Sick
I woke up Saturday morning after the baptism day with a scratchy sore throat coming on the guitar I was feeling a little under the weather and fighting something. I went to the health food store and bought some silver spray where am I sore throat. Well it’s Tuesday now and Craig and I are both very sick congestion- cold symptoms, our chest hurts, body aches, we are both miserable. It feels like the coronavirus 22. Our little and he was sick all last week I’m sure we got it from her and Bridger has been flying bed since Saturday too. It is a nasty bug. Our ministering brothers came and gave Craig and I both a blessing last night. I just left for his rehab session for his shoulder this morning at 9:30 I’m just going back to bed. I’ve got to start feeling better, I’m supposed to decorate the Paris Tabernacle for the stake Christmas program and I need my energy to feel good to do work on this big project-pray I can perk up the next few days. Sister Batt called Sunday to see if I would help with the work Christmas party a week from today as well. They are both next week so hopefully I will be feeling well enough to get it done. I’m supposed to teach gospel doctrine the Sunday as well which I am in no frame of mind retaining anything right now being so sick.

Baptism Day
We had a lovely baptism for Anni and Farrah as we gathered as family. It was a rush again this morning getting ready. I made potato soup for our family dinner,

Craig gave a great talk at the baptism along with Stacy. I lead the music. We had a great turnout - Towner have 29 Grandkids and we have 20 with their7 children and our five girls counting their spouses we are at 77 so it was a big crowd with the two families and then adding the Thomas grandparents and their family we had lots of family support. Natasha hosted a lovely dinner after the baptism. She had a house full. I love the Ivy city dresses the two girls are wearing. Craig's I looked like a Barbie doll leading the music for the program. I'm wearing a dress from my mother and the black fur collar from Craig's mother Lavon. They both have good taste in clothes.

Thanksgiving Day
We had a crazy morning with all the Towner’s and Thomas’s running around the house. Stacy and I were busy in the kitchen. Thomas family came over to spend the morning with us because their housekeeper came to clean their house. they needed a place to hang out for a few hours. The grandkids had fun playing with their cousins. We made breakfast sweet rolls, eggs and hashbrowns. Lincoln loved my hash brown potatoes I made with coconut oil. STACY and I both made homemade rolls for Thanksgiving dinner and I made two pumpkin pies. I had a busy morning and then it was time to clean up. It was a rush at the last minute finishing up our cooking projects the rolls took longer than we had hoped. I had to hurry and clean up we headed out to Shannon and Ryan‘s to have Thanksgiving dinner with them we left our home at about 3 o’clock. Shannon had fixed us a nice Thanksgiving dinner-.I enjoyed spending time with the Choudhry family and visiting with them. We were there for about three hours. Trisha hosted the Burbidge family at her house this year so they had a houseful. Thomas family spent the afternoon with his grandparents and extended Thomas family side. Stacy and Chad went with all the Towner’s they have a big family. They didn’t get home till after 10:30pm last night. Noriega spent time with that side of the family. It was our off year hosting Thanksgiving dinner. It will be our turn next year I’m thinking I’d like to host it at Tasha,s new-home in St. George next year. They have a beautiful home there -would be fun to be in some warmer weather. I am not ready for this cold weather. STACY’s been freezing they came from 70° weather to 35° it’s been cold here. Today’s the big day to gather as a family to celebrate the baptism of our Ani and Farrah at 1pm - I’ve got to make a big pan of potato soup for our family dinner— I spent the day at Tasha home Wednesday cleaning and helping her sit things up for the family dinner. It has all turned out so nice -look forward to gathering as family today.

Helping Natasha
Craig and I drove down Sunday afternoon after our stake conference session. We stayed home and watched conference on zoom in our recliners. It was nice - beat sitting on the hard benches. The last I heard the Towner’s were arriving Monday - but they didn’t arrive until last night. They ended up flying instead of driving- it’s a quick trip they are leaving Saturday. We met last night with all our girls at Cheesecake Factory for a yummy dinner. We haven’t had them all together in a long time. It was fun to visit with all five- I forgot to take a picture 😟- I have had a busy day today- I helped Natasha clean at her home and get the tables all setup and things looking pretty for the baptism on Friday afternoon. We are having a family dinner afterwards. It all looks so pretty- I was there from 10:30 am till 6:30pm it took us both working to get it all done- we are all ready for the big event. Stacy and the kids just got here- they slept over with cousins last night. Looking forward to Thanksgiving day. It is our off year- Shannon is cooking a dinner for us this year- Stacy and I are cooking rolls and pumpkin pie tonight- they are having dinner with the Tower clan.

Christmas Crafts / Jason Baptism
Our Relief society Saturday craft day arrived. I spent the week finishing up getting ready. It has been a lot of work for me. I also got out all my Christmas decorations and decorated the cabin for the holiday season. It has been fun and work at the same time. I have kept busy decorating and caring for my hubby this week. He is 3 weeks out from his surgery and is making progress. It is slow. Friday we woke up to snow on the ground - so really puts me in the Christmas mood. Craig was getting reastless and not sure what we were doing to do for the day- I then remembered that it was Jason Matthews baptism today. So this gave us something to look forward to and get ready for the day. I took the time to get a work out in -30 minutes on the elliptical and then had to take the time to wash my hair and beautify myself- we both were able to get ready early so we would have time to drive the 45 minutes to Montpieller for the baptism and have lunch just before the baptism at 3pm. It was a great turn out- the chapel was full of members from our community supporting Jason. We were the last to leave. We enjoyed visiting with Craig’s second cousin sister Taylor who served a mission from Texas to the Idaho mission which is In our stake. She had been released 4 months ago and now living in Provo attending BYU, it was fun to visit with her. She also drove up with sister Moore who served in the area too - they were companions. It’s a small world as we connect our lives in the membership of the church. Sister Moore- we meet at our Aubrey’s mission gathering as she read where she is going to serve her mission. Sister Moore was in attendance - her and Craig recognized each other. As we visited connecting the dots and discovered she was a sister mission in our Bear lake stake- she is also now living in Provo and in the the same student ward as our Aubrey. They have become friends. So we had fun visiting with both sisters -
Craig with Sister Taylor - second cousins on the Symes side-
Craig and I wirh with sister Taylor
Sister Moore - sweet sister boufht joy to our day. We ended the day being filled with the spirit from Jason’s baptism and visiting with our friends from the Bear lake communriy.
Stake Confernce Weekend
After our relief Society activity, I spent a couple hours cleaning things up. We had a lovely stake conference weekend. I enjoyed the Saturday evening session in the beautiful old Paris Tabernacle. The benches are so hard to sit on. Craig is still recovering from his shoulder surgery. We stayed home Sunday morning and listened to the conference on zoom. The talks were all very inspiring to listen too. I really enjoyed Sister MenLove's talk. She is such a sweet sister to me and I really value our friendship. After conference we packed up and drove to our Draper home to spend a few days.

Wednesday / Decorating For Christmas
Monday after Craig got back from the gym -I went over to Natasha’s home and helped her. I put up her 10ft Christmas tree. It was a lot of work- I arrived at her home at 1pm and worked till 8:30 pm- I was beat. We made some good progress. I hated leaving her home in a mess. Decorating is so messy- her tree is a white flicked tree and it get flicked snow everywhere. We started decorating early because she has to much going on this week. Stacy and her family come in on Monday so we won’t get much done with her in town. Plus we wanted to be able to spend time with her and not be working. There is plenty to do to get ready for the baptism the day after Thanksgiving.

It all turned out really pretty. I was beat !!
Craig had his rehab appointment Tuesday morning at 9:45 am so we had to get up at 6am and drive back to the lake. Decorating for Natasha got me in the mood - so I started my Christmas decorating at the lake. I have worked all hard all day Tuesday and today decorating our place for Christmas- it will be nice to have it all done- I plan to go to our Draper home Sunday after church this week and stay the entire week till after the Baptism on the 25th of this month. Coming back to the lake it will be time for the month of Christmas- it will be nice to have it all ready to enjoy for the Christmas season. I really tired tonight. I made a pretty winter arrangement for my dinning room table. Decorating thr fireplace mantle, the sticking are hung. I put two lodge
Pole trees in two of my large tall red pots - this my Christmas tree. I have to keep the area smaller for a Christmas tree- I move my large palm tree to make room in the corner by the stairs. I made a fun hanging oranament with several hug red Christmas ball and pinecone ornaments. It looks good hanging in the wall by the fireplace. I have to tied to clean up as I go so I’m not making a huge mess. I’ve just about got it all done- I can finish up tomorrw. I need to vacuum good and mop the floor. With all my creative decor project it have made a mess on the floor. I tried frosting pincone to put inmy winter
arrangement using crystal salt mixed with power snow. They turn out really fun. It did make a big mess to clean up. It’s starting to look like Christmas!! With snow on the ground it feels like Christmasnis in the air. It is really cold !! In the 20’s here at the lake. I have things to do tonget ready for the super Saturday releif society activity. It think I will drive to Logan tomorrow and do some shopping errands, my last minute prep time. We are setting up tables Friday night and hauling all my supplys to the church and I have a breakfast casserole to make too. This had been a lot of work getting ready- sure hope thr sisters come. We haven’t had very many sign up yet. I’m going to have to send out a reminder text and see if I can get more sisters to come. I had hope to have about 35. Tomorrow will be a full day finish up my decorating, cleaning, and driving to Logan shopping and back it is an one hour drive one way- that’s two hours just driving back and forth. I don’t want to go Friday it will be to tiring- when I need my energy getting setting up thr church Friday night. Lots to do- I was asked to decorate the Paris tabernacle for the stake Christmas program December 11th -so that will be a huge project to look forward too.

Monday
Feeling blue and thinking what is my purpose today? I’m feeling a little lost as to what to do with the rest of my life ? caring for my hubby right now is my main purpose- it is challenging at times -trying to be patient with him - I know this is hard for him in the recovery process from his shoulder surgery. He just went to the gym. It gives me a break from being together 24/7 - it does wear on me. Just enjoy the simple things in life right now and taking it a day at a time. A friend posted this on her page that I just read this morning and does speak to my heart too- I wanted to share -
WOW does it
speak to my heart!!!
Barely the day started and
it's already six in the evening.
Barely arrived on Monday and it's already Friday.
.. and the month is already over.
.. and the year is almost over.
.. and already 40, 50 or 60 years of our lives have passed.
.. and we realize that we lost our parents, friends.
.. and we realize it's too late to go back.
So.. Let's try, despite
everything, to enjoy
the remaining time.
Let's keep looking for activities that we like.
Let's put some color in our grey.
Let's smile at the little things in life that put balm in our hearts.
And despite everything, we must continue to enjoy
with serenity this time we have left.
Let's try to eliminate the afters..
I'm doing it after.
I'll say after.
I'll think about it after.
We leave everything for later like ′′ after ′′ is ours.
Because what we don't understand is that:
Afterwards, the hot chocolate gets cold.
Afterwards, priorities change.
Afterwards, the charm is broken.
Afterwards, health passes.
Afterwards, the kids grow up.
Afterwards parents get old.
Afterwards, promises are forgotten.
Afterwards, the day becomes the night.
Afterwards, life ends.
And then it's often too late.
So.. Let's leave nothing for later.
Because still waiting to see later, we can lose the best moments, the best
experiences, best friends,
the best family.
The day is today. The
moment is now.
We are no longer at the age where we can afford to postpone what needs to be done right away."
It Looks Like An Eternity,
But It's A Short Trip.
Enjoy Life And Always Be Kind.
I look at my sweet hubby and we are getting old! I see the wrinkles in his face and mine - where have to years gone? I don’t like growing old! With Craig released from the Bishoric we have lost our motivation. It’s an unsettling feeling adjusting to what is next ? I want to spent more time at our Draper home but then I feel lost and disconnected with things around us. It was nice to go to church with Natasha and her family yesterday and have dinner afterwards and just visit with one another. Natasha has a full plate and is managing things so well -so proud of her. I have to remind myself it’s ok to slow down now at our age and just enjoy the simple things in life - caring for one another. I so yearn for our younger years !

One Year Today
It is one Year today since the passing of my dear mother- I do miss her a lot. In her memory I cleaned up nice- put my make on and curled my hair pretty with the steam curlers she used. I have loved these curlers. I brought her set home with me -one of the few things I received from her estate. The curler still have her hair mixed in on them. She always took the time to look nice. Crazy I have the same color of hair now. Life is a gift. We never know when we will be taken to the spirit world. We have Shane Rassmensen’s viewing tonight. He died last week in a head-on car accident. He was full of life and now he is gone. It was so hard saying goodbye to my dear mother- letting go is not easy. There was no ill health for Shane - he is just gone. I know it is going to be really hard for his family as time goes by. They are going to miss him dearly. We went in on a gift as the Bishopric a beautiful picture of Jesus Christ and a small marble -statue of our Savior Jesus Christ instead of giving them flowers. I put a pretty ribbon on the picture and wrapped the statue. Brother and sister Menlove bought it yesterday and Logan when they were in town so we didn’t have to make a special trip which was nice and we were all able to go in on it as a group gift. It will be a sad viewing tonight. I know it’s going to be emotional for me being the day of the passing of my dear mother. On the bright side little Cora FaceTime me today. She wanted to talk to her grandma Debbie. She was dressed in her sparkle blue dress. She is so sweet.

Quote For The Day / Adam
After Annie's recital we packed up and headed back to the Lake. We wanted to be in church for our fast Sunday. The first Sunday with the new Bishopric. it was also going to be a sad Sunday with the passing of Shane Rasmussen's who was killed in a car crash on last Tuesday morning. It has been a shock to all of us in the community. Shane was only 47 years old. Our heart's ache for his family. We were just with Shane last Sunday being released from our callings. Craig interviewed him to renew his temple recommend little did we know this would be our last conversation with him last Sunday. I was very emotional like many others in our sacrament meeting. The last testimony given was very comforting that we have the knowledge we will be resurrected and that it wont be vey long separation.
Craig and I were both tired after our sacrament meeting. Craig was hurting and we headed back home. It has only been 10 days since his surgery. He is still in the early stage of recovery from his surgery. He will be in his sling for 6 weeks. I didn't think we would be out and about as quick as we would from post surgery. We rested Sunday. I was very tired from my busy week and in caring for Craig- he is not sleeping well and keeps me up- not getting my sleep is hard on me too.
Monday- I spent the day cleaning out the truck from the gratitude dinner. I had to just leave everything in the trunk Thursday night. We had to head to Draper that evening for Craig's early follow-up doctor appointment on Friday morning at 9:20 am. We didn't arrive until midnight and up early. I had my work cut out for me cleaning out the truck and putting things away. It did all turn out so pretty. Everyone love the decorations. They used the centerpieces Saturday for Brother Sprouse's funeral in the 2nd Ward on Saturday and Sister Batt in our Ward ask to use them again for Shane's funeral this coming Saturday. I'm glad they are able to be used again and not just sitting in a box. I have to say I did a great job in making so really pretty autumn centerpieces. It was fun for me creating something pretty and seeing others enjoying them.. I worked the day away cleaning out the truck, baking pinecones for our upcoming super Saturday activity on 19th of November. I have been busy gathering things up for the many crafts we are doing. It has been many hours for me working on getting things ready for this big event. Today I have been scrubbing jars that I have saved to get ready for the candles we will be creating with all the jars. It has been cloudy today and did snow a little. When it first started thought we were going to get a lot of snow, but it was short lived, we just got a skiff of snow here at the lake. The last two storm that have rolled thru we haven't gotten any snow. I was so surprised when we drove to Draper last Thursday evening how much snow there was all the way down. The salt lake valley got a lot of snow along the benches. We had several inches at our Draper town home. with another storm today excepting more snow. With three winter storms rolling in the ski resorts are opening early this year. The snow fall is at a great start. We just haven't gotten much at the lake yet. The storms have by passed the lake area. There is snow in the mountains and that is the best place. It has been a dreary dark day. Craig got up early to go to his rehab session. He likes the clinic up here at the lake so looks like we are going to be staying here for the next month. He needs to go twice a week. I do have plenty to keep me busy right now working on getting ready for our super Saturday event. I have a planning meeting tomorrow afternoon at 4pm.
First thing this morning I read this quote today on my phone-
“My dear brothers and sisters, so many wonderful things are ahead. In coming days, we will see the greatest manifestations of the Savior’s power that the world has ever seen. Between now and the time He returns “with power and great glory,” He will bestow countless privileges, blessings, and miracles upon the faithful.”
This is a very powerful quote from our Prophet president Nelson from the last general Conference - the opening of the millennium is not far off- I need to do my part to prepare myself and my family- I so yearn for a world of peace -a better world to come. This last week in our come follow me lesson we are studying the book of Daniel- I love so much what is recorded in this book for us- in our time to learn from. I’ve been thinking about Father Adam- also revealed as Michael - the arch Angel - I have a desire to learn more about him- Daniel speaks of him in his visions of the latter days-
Chapter 12 verse one - 1 And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. - we are living in this time of trouble and I know it is going to intensify.
President Nelson in his talk given-“ over come the world” said - “ we are presently living in what surely is a most complicated time in the history of the world. The complexities and challenges leave many people feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.-Yet he gave us the pattern to follow in his conference address to overcome the world and we can find peace in this life thru Jesus Christ. I referred to my old testament study Manuel learning more about Michael or Father Adam -
Much of Daniel chapters 7–12 consists of descriptions of visions of future events that Daniel saw. For example, Daniel 7 records a vision representing different political kingdoms and evil that would be on the earth from Daniel’s time through the last days. He also saw a sacred event associated with the Savior’s Second Coming. Those who hold priesthood keys from all of the dispensations will gather in a council held in Adam-ondi-Ahman, in Missouri, and give an accounting of their stewardships to the “Ancient of days” (Daniel 7:9), who is Adam (see D&C 27:11; Teachings of Presidents of the Church: Joseph Smith [2007], 104). Adam will then give his report to Jesus Christ, whose people will recognize Him as their King (see Joseph Fielding Smith, The Way to Perfection [1970], 290–91).
The Bible Dictionary - Adam- The name Adam is given to the first man of the human family on this earth as cited in the account of the Creation in the books of Genesis, Moses, and Abraham and in many instances in the New Testament, Book of Mormon, and Doctrine and Covenants. From these scriptures we learn that Adam is the father and patriarch of the human race on the earth. The aggregate of the scriptures certifies that his transgression in the garden of Eden, although designated as a “fall,” was necessary to the advancement and spiritual progress of humanity on this earth, and Adam rightly should be honored, not denigrated. Adam is the Ancient of Days and is also known as Michael. He is the archangel and will come again to the earth in power and glory as the patriarch of the human family preparatory to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ (Dan. 7:9–14; D&C 116; HC 3:385–87; 4:207–8). This is something I learned more about Father Adam introduced in my study of the book of Daniel- He is a resurrected being - as the graves were opened at the time Jesus Christ was the first in the meridian of times - he will also return to help humanity before the opening of the Millennium- He is the Father of the Human race.
Daniel 7:9-14 ¶ I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.( this verse describes to me the resurrected father Adam- also know as the great arch Angel Michael and referred to Ancient of Days)
10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. ( the great gathering took place just before the Millennium know from modern revelation as- Adam-Di-Aham- ) 11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame. ( Adam fights this battle and Satan is slayed ) he is destroyed )12 As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away: yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed. ( The power and dominion id the earth is given to Jesus Christ). It is an exciting event to look forward to - that will be unknown to the world - only those who are righteous and called to attend this great council meeting upon the earth .

The Midterm Elections
They say it is going to be a red wave. It will be interesting to see the final outcome. We need the red wave to try to stop the crazy liberal agenda that is being pushed forcefully upon us American people. The green agenda shutting down our sustaining energy is killing out country along with the rise in crime, the failing economy and the open broader- bringing in drugs and human trafficking which is heartbreaking - dint understand the presiding president which is crushing us. The damage is unbelievable in the last two year - and don’t know if we can recovery- another two years we will not recognize our country. The constitution is truly hanging by a thread.

Anni’s Cheer Recital
Saturday Morning-We Slept in this morning. I got up and was tinkering around putting my Halloween decorations away at our Draper home. I had fun decorating the basement with the fun things I got from LaVon, Craig's mother-she loved the holidays too. She was the life of any party. I was able to get some of her fun Halloween decorations to add to mine. The month of October has flown by all to fast. I wasn't able to host my family Halloween party this year as I had wanted to. It was just to hard with Craig having surgery on October 27th. He needed me to take care of him and I was just not able to get it all done. With him being released on Sunday from the Bishopric, it completely changed our plans- we needed to be at our Bear Lake ward. There was no way to host a family party with the three hour drive on the same day and be able to get it all done. The Chaudhry family came down sick with a stomach bug. So we just ended up face-timing the grandkids on Halloween this year. So now it is time to put away what I had decorated with. There will be another year. I didn’t look at the clock, to see what time it was when I woke up. It was much later than I thought- Craig came down to the storage room to let me know it was 11:00am - Wow I couldn't believe it was that late already, we needed to be at Alta High school by noon. I had to hurry and get ready. It was fun to attend Anni's recital at the high school our girls all attended. It has really changed with new add-ons and remodeling, It all looks really nice. Our little Annie did so well. She is fun to watch -
She is the smallest on her cheer team and is one that is raised up on the other girls shoulders. It was really crowded and very loud cheering our teams on. Bridger said he was having sensory overload from all the noise and people. Go Annie!!
Decorating for Fall Dinner
Last night was the big stake Relief society gratitude dinner with about 200 sisters in our Bear lake stake- everyone loved the decorations - I singly handed decorated myself - I made 30 various arrangements for 30 tables, accent the food table and the stage. I have to say it did all look so pretty - it was a fun Project for me - I worked on it for a week a little each day as I took care of my hubby from his surgery. I love creating pretty things. Here are a few pictures
I made a display between the food tables in the center we had two sections going with lines on both sides to allow the sisters to get thru the food line quickly. I hung this big quilt up on the wall. It was a quilt Natasha got rid of from her wedding gifts years ago- I have hung on to it - looked great hanging- I made the big fall arrangement and have it on our dinning room at the lake.
I put big pinecones on the table that I had picked up in California at the park by their home - when I baby sat the Towner grandkids last January- I also added all the fun copper décor' I had from our old Draper home.
I made several long arrangements low profile on the long banquet tables- I had everything- just added the gold spray paint touch which softened the bright autumn colors-

I made 5 of these - I also made several others from what I had adding willows

I then borrowed 12 black lanterns from the city council in Garden City and added-ribbon autumn decor to each one -

It all turned out so pretty and everyone love it. I received a sweet note from sister Turnbow thanking me for all my work.

Craig’s Follow up appointment
We drove down late last night after I cleaned up from the gratitude dinner. We were on the road by 9pm and arrived to our Draper home close to midnight. I was surprised to see so much snow Along the way. It had snowed just coming out of the Bear lake canyon - Evanston got about 6 inches or more of snow and all the rest of the way everything was covered in snow. Wow it looked like winter is officially here. We didn’t get any snow at the lake. The Salt lake valley even received snow too. We have snow at our town home. We are high on the mountain bench over looking the valley and we get more snow in this area. We are suppose to get another snow starting tomorrow this Sunday morning. After Craig’s doctor appointment we went to visit with the Burbidge family. We took Saydee and Boston to lunch. We went to a fun new area and ate a at new pizza place. It was really good. We then headed back to our Draper home to rest- I have been really tired this afternoon- I have had a very busy week and it is tiring caring for my hubby from his post surgery recovery. The doctor said he can start his rehab- Craig really likes Cam at the lake, he went to him for his knee surgery rehab- so looks like we will be staying at the lake for the next three weeks for him to get his rehab sessions in twice a week. I have plenty to do to get ready for my next big project the relief society super Saturday and stake conference on the 19th- we have our Annie’s Cheer recital tomorrow at noon so hanging out here for a few days before heading back to the lake by Tuesday for Craig’s next rehab session scheduled. Excited to spend a few days at our Draper home. With Craig released now from the Bishopric we should be able to spend more time here- I Hope !! His rehab is going to keep us up there a little longer for the month of November.

Aubrey’s Mission Call
We drove down from the lake to gather as family tonight. There was lots of friends and family gathered as Aubrey read her mission call letter - she was called to serve in the Paraguay Mission- Spanish speaking. She will be going to the Mexico City mission training center February 13th. So exciting for our Aubrey girl. We are heading back to the lake tonight. It’s a long drive up and back in one night. Craig is doing a little better today. He had a rough day yesterday. He insisted driving - having only one arm free. It is going to be a long 6 plus weeks in this arm sling. I have spent the past 2 days working in making Autumn center pieces for the stake relief society gratitude dinner this Thursday evening. It has been a big project for me. I have made 30 center pieces. They are all turning out so pretty. I have to finish up tomorrow - so we are heading back to the lake. Craig has his surgery follow up appointment early Friday morning 9:am - we will have to drive down Thursday night after the dinner event. This is a busy week for me.
So excited for Our Aubrey Girl.
This is where she will be serving, Craig guessed Brazil so he was very close to guessing her locations. He had been inspired by several receiving mission calls.
She leaves February 13th to fly to the mission home training center in Mexico City. She has several months to prepare. She turns 19 on January 20th, 2023 and then off she goes. What an exciting adventure for her to look forward to.
