Baby Sitting

Craig’s surgery went well he stayed here till Friday afternoon and then headed back to the lake, I stayed here at the Burbidge home.  Trisha & Buck arrived home Tuesday evening.  The time has gone by fast. I have spent the time looking for a home, hours and hours looking on the Internet and then driving by and seeing if I want to look at the home.  Most of my drive-bys have not been good.  I did find a home in Steeplechase that’s been a short sale just have to keep an eye on it and they said they o they said  their open for offers again, I have gone back to the house several times and feel like this should be the one  that could work for us it does need some work.  Craig asked Eric to make an offer today so we’ll see what happens I’m not being very hopeful though,  We offered $710.000 for the home and it was turned down by the listing agent, he said the bank would not take anything lower than $770.000.  It needs a lot of work after meeting with Eric.  It needs a new deck and has lots of water damage.  We do not want to offer this much.  It is no comparison to our home on Red Tree that we paid this amount.  It is very depressing.  I knew when we moved it was going to be hard to find another home in the area and the quality of our home we sold.  Time will tell.
