Michael Left For Home

Michael has stayed the summer with us and he packed up today to head back home.  We have enjoyed having him.  Craig sent me a cute text note today -  Michael is pack up and heading home. Gunna miss him. Can’t stop crying 😢. I’m such a boob.  It’s been fun having him this summer.  He will be stopping at Lincoln’s on his way down.  I replied - I know I’m going to miss you too !! I was crying when Cole left now Michael, You are going to be lonely tomorrow just knowing he is gone leaves a void for us.  We had a fun summer with our grandsons staying with us- it went by all to fast!!   He sent me a picture just Me and phantom- our cat 

I rode down Sunday afternoon with Scott  & Jan, and his mother Lavon, she has not seen our new home in Draper.  We had dinner at Texas Road house with my niece Kelly and her husband Jason.  Lavon and I picked up her car at Scott’s home and headed to our home in Draper.   We were tired-  We visited and then went to Visit Trisha and her family.  Lavon wanted to see their new home.  We got back to our place about 9:30 pm and went to bed -  I was so tired from our day of driving and visiting.  Lavon left for her home in St. George first thing Monday morning.  I was still so tired I just stayed home for the morning and then ran a few errands.  I just didn’t feel like doing much.  I went to RC Willy to pay our monthly payment on the things we have bought for our new place and shop around a little just not seeing anything I really wanted.  I only have a few things left to buy in my decorating.  I went to Walmart and looked around and then headed back to our Draper home.  I spent the evening watching the Republic convention. It started last night.  Today I have been slow getting out.   I’m just dragging I’m sure from our busy summer with all the family.  It feels nice to rest and take some time out to myself.  I’m enjoying the peace and quite. Today I went to Cafe Rio for lunch I love their pork tostada salad.  I then got gas in the Corvette- went to Ross, TJ max homes goods and At Home- my favorite home décor stores.  I did find some really fun- "At the lake dishes- I have never seen before so I had to buy them.  I don’t last long shopping.  Home for the evening now.  Going to watch day two of the convention.  Craig is having the young men over for a boating activity tonight.  We are going to be so lonely with all the kids back in school and Michael and Cole gone now.  It is a lonely feeling.
