Working on YSA History

We drove back to the lake yesterday afternoon after Craig’s ultrasound appointment.  We had been gone from the lake for 10 days which went by very fast.  We drove on Sunday September 29th with Romona and Robert to attend Austin’s missionary farewell talk.  We spent Sunday evening, Monday at our Draper home and Tuesday afternoon drove to St George- spending three days down south- we came back from St. George Friday afternoon.  Satirday morning Robert and Ramona flew back home to Florida. We had spent 11 days with them 24 seven it all went by really fast. I was getting tired and ready for a break. Saturday I was in slow motion. I did run some shopping errands and worked on my Halloween room for our upcoming family party.  Craig stayed in St. George on Friday to meet up with Michael for his hunting trip starting Saturday in southern Utah.
Shannon and Ryan drove down Friday evening and met Craig and Michael at Tasha’s home in Ivan’s, they brought Landon with them. Landon was able to stay and go on the hunting trip. He has never been hunting before. Craig said that he had a really nice time and enjoyed it. miss Romona and Robert leaving. I was able to rest for the weekend and have our Draper home to myself. It felt good to have a few days to rejuvenate. I enjoyed listening to General Conference on Saturday and Sunday the conference was so good. I look forward to re-reading and study all of the talks that were given.  Sunday afternoon I drove down to Kaysville to be there for Austin setting apart for his mission. I was so glad that I made the effort to be there and attend with his family.  His state present gave him such an inspiring blessing and preparation for his mission then afterwards went to Barbara Noriega’s home and had dinner.  I enjoyed visiting with Cole and Chase, Austin, Aubrey, Barbara, Noriega and Dave and Shar and Jacob.  I was tired upon arriving home.  Monday, I met Shannon at the Ivy city showroom to pick out a dress for the fashion show.  I spent the afternoon beautifying and getting ready to wear my pretty ivy city dress. Craig arrived home from his hunting trip just a few hours before the event just in time to rest take a quick shower and out the door went. It was a very historical lovely event for Ivy city so proud of our Natasha and all the hard work that she has accomplished in building this company.  Tuesday I babysit for Natasha while she went into work watching little Coco for the day. I spent time tidying things up at her home and got home about 4 PM. I put a full day in really tired when we got home had to take a nap. We enjoyed just staying home for the night and resting at our Draper home. Craig has been in so much pain the past four weeks with bad nerve pain on his C5 six and seven vertebrae in his back. He did get scheduled to have an ultrasound so we can see more what is going on. After his ultrasound we head into the lake. I was anxious to get back up after being gone for 10 days to check on my plants and see if they’re still alive.  We have had very unusual warm weather for this time of year and I had to ask Karen Barlow one of my YSA girls to come water my plants while we were gone. They did fairly well with us being gone.  I’ve had to hand water most of them all summer long. My flowers have been very beautiful this year. I hate for the cold weather to come and kill them off, striving to enjoy them as long as I can.  It feels good to be back at the lake. I forgot to mention yesterday morning I contacted my dear friend Theresa Collins. who has served a mission for three years in Arkansas they just got home in July but we have not been able to connect yet. I wanted to take the time to visit with her. Come to find out they bought a home up in Suncrest, which is only about seven minute drive.
