Stake Relief Society Gratitude Dinner

Our stake gratitude dinner is this Thursday evening October 7th.  Sister Menlove asked me to decorated for the event.  I decorated two years ago- which turned out lovely- I have been able to get out the things I made and add to it.  I have 18 round tables and 13 long tables to add autumn decor.  I already had 12 round table centerpieces already made.  I just needed to hot glue the fallen off leaves and pincones.  I was then able to tear about three centerpieces I had made two years ago.  I cut them in half and recreated a new center piece-  this gives me the 18 centerpieces I needed and them I worked on the 13 long tables centerpieces- I was able to finish up by Monday evening-  I woke up at 5:30 am and worked the entire day-  they have all turned out so pretty-  Tuesday I was able to pick up cornstock bundles Sister Smoot saved for me from her garden and Sister Droesbeke.  Stopped by the church to preview the cultural hall and figure out where to place them.  I decided they would each look great hanging on the wooden panels on the walls three on each side, I was able to come home and make six big bows with pretty autumn ribbon to tie around each one.  It is all going to look to pretty.  Excited for the event tomorrow night.  I’m ready to work my magic putting it all together starting in the morning- I will have to take pictures of what I have created.
