October 1st / Our Autumn Drive

It has been a beautiful fall day.  We got up early this morning and played pickleball in Montpellier.   I picked more apples- a huge box full and some plums.  Not sure what I will do with all the fruit but enjoying harvesting some this year.  The plum are small but tasty!  Craig and I took a fall autumn drive in the mountains late afternoon just as the sun was going down.   The leaves were glowing from the sunlight. It was a beautiful sight to behold.  I love the mountain fresh air, the smell of sage and and a aroma of the many plants.  The trails covered with fallen autumn leaves it is all just so beautiful.
